Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Shipping Method Our current shipping process operates through a freight forwarding service. This means:
- We first ship your order to a transit warehouse.
- The freight forwarding company then handles the final shipment from their warehouse to your international address.
Please note: We are currently in negotiations to establish a direct partnership with SF Express International to offer more shipping options in the future.
Estimated Delivery Time Once your order is dispatched from the transit warehouse, you can expect to receive your product within 7 to 25 days.
Shipping Costs We are pleased to offer free shipping on most orders.
However, for exceptionally heavy or oversized items (such as large crystal spheres), the shipping cost needs to be calculated based on the actual weight and destination. If your order falls into this category, we will contact you to confirm the shipping fee before dispatch.
Tracking Your Order You will be provided with tracking information for your shipment. Please be aware that this may be a two-step process:
- Domestic Tracking: We will provide you with a tracking number for the initial shipment from our facility to the transit warehouse.
- International Tracking: The freight forwarding service works with various international couriers. The final courier for your package may depend on your choice or their operational arrangements. A final international tracking number will be available once your package is dispatched from the transit warehouse.
